Who we are

Snowline Tours & Travels is run by Rashid, based in Srinagar. It isn't a Delhi or Shimla reseller — Rashid plans every trip himself and deals with the hotels and drivers directly. When you book with Snowline, you're booking with the owner, not a call centre.

How we work

You send your travel dates and group size. Rashid puts together a day-by-day itinerary and a fixed price, sent to you on WhatsApp. Once you're happy with it, a 25% advance confirms the booking, and the rest is settled on arrival in Srinagar. Then you travel — we handle transport, stay and sightseeing for the length of the trip.

Where we operate

Snowline runs trips across the Kashmir Valley, into Ladakh via the Zojila pass, and down to Jammu and Vaishno Devi. Every itinerary on this site is one we've actually planned and driven — nothing is quoted from a spreadsheet we haven't seen in person.

How transport and stays are arranged

Every package includes a private vehicle with driver for the whole trip — transport is arranged by us directly with drivers we know personally, trip by trip. Hotels are ones we've personally seen or stayed in, in the standard or deluxe category you choose, named exactly in your quote once your dates are confirmed.

What we don't do

No hidden commissions built into the price. No forced shopping stops added to the itinerary to earn a referral fee. No surprise upgrades or downgrades on arrival that weren't in your original quote. If something needs to change because of weather or a road closure, we tell you plainly and adjust the plan together.
